Colors, Landscapes, Star Trails, Street Photography

March 1-2, 2025

MEET AND GREET ON February 28, 2025 AT 7:00 PM in the lobby of the **Recommended Hotel

Tucson provides photographic opportunities at every turn, in a stimulating city with strong visual appeal.  The historic Santa Rosa Barrio district is on the National Register of Historic Places and offers a fascinating variety of architectural styles and photography opportunities that we will explore together.  Expect an endless array of unique and interesting street photography subjects in downtown Tucson as we spend two days together exploring all that Tucson has to offer.

Bring your tripod and wide angle lens, as we will make our way into the Sonoran Desert for stunning sunset images, as well as star trails and Milky Way compositions with saguro cactus and desert rock formations in the foreground.

Emphasis will be on the art of seeing, lens choice, exposure and composition. We’ll cover it all-macro, telephoto, wide angle and basic flash, both indoors and outdoors.

We will have a Meet and Greet on February 28 at 7 PM in the lobby of the **Recommended Hotel where we discuss student goals and objectives, and Bryan will provide an overview and rough agenda for the workshop.

**Recommended Hotel:

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson
705 N. Freeway
Tucson, AZ 85745

**You can stay at the hotel or lodging of your choice, but the **Recommended Hotel is where we will gather for the Meet and Greet and where we will gather before and after photo shoots during the workshop.
