EPIC LANDSCAPES BY DAY – NORTHERN LIGHTS & STAR TRAILS BY NIGHT

7-DAY WORKSHOP – $3695**

MEET AND GREET ON November 20, 2024 AT 7PM AT AURORA HOTEL AT THE REYKJAVIK AIRPORT

**Price includes accommodations for 4 nights in Vik and 2 nights in the Westman Islands but students will be responsible for their own accommodations in Reykjavik on November 20, 2024.

November 21-25:  After our Meet and Greet in Reykjavik, we will leave the following morning in our two vans for the town of Vik, where we will lodge for the next four nights at the Hotel Vik í Myrdal in Vik.

November 25-27: From Vik we will drive in the new “tunnel under the ocean” to the amazing Westman Islands, where we will lodge for two nights at the Hotel Eyjar.

Waterfalls, glaciers, seascapes, beautiful vistas and gorgeous mountainscapes are seen almost at every turn and of course, weather permitting, we will also be shooting the Northern Lights and star trails in Vik, the Westman Islands and along the way while driving in this absolutely picturesque country.

We check out of our hotel in the Westman Islands on the morning of November 27 and take a slow drive back towards Reykjavik. We plan to arrive at Keflavik International Airport by 2pm so if you are planning on flying home or to your next destination on that day, arrange your return flight accordingly.

NOTE(s): 

• The workshop fees include all ground transportation beginning upon departure from Reykjavik on the morning of November 21.
• The workshop fees include lodging for 4 nights in Vik and lodging for 2 nights in the Westman Islands.
• Students will be responsible for arranging and paying for lodging at the *Recommended Hotel in Reykjavik on November 20.
• Students are free to book return travel or travel to your next destination as early as the evening of November 27.

We will have a Meet and Greet on November 20 at 7 PM in the lobby of the Aurora Hotel in Reykjavik where we discuss student goals and objectives, and Bryan will provide an overview and rough agenda for the workshop.

**You can stay at the hotel or lodging of your choice in Reykjavik, but the *Recommended Hotel in Reykjavik is where we will gather for the Meet and Greet and where we will gather for departure for Vik on the first day of the workshop.
